Michael W. Sowyrda

Attorney Michael W. Sowyrda has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts since 1981 based for all but four of those years in Worcester, MA. A graduate of Harvard College (1978, A.B.) and Cornell Law School ( J.D. 1981 ), his practice as a lawyer primarily focuses on advising and meeting the varied legal needs of small to medium sized business and individuals on a wide range of legal issues including corporations and limited liability companies, real estate acquisition ( commercial and residential ), commercial leases, zoning permitting, and solar field leases.  He has served on both the Grafton Board of Selectmen and the Grafton Planning Board, and is a former director of Homefield Credit Union.  Currently, Atty Sowyrda is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Sports Management Department at Anna Maria College, with a focus on the business of youth sport.
